Customers come in all different shapes and sizes. Some of them already have their minds made up when they come to you - they don’t even need a push to go from lead to sale. Some may lurk around a bit as they’re taking in information. When customers are just thinking about what they’re going to buy for a product or service, they’re in what’s called the marketing funnel. There are a lot of them - a lot of leads at the top of the funnel. Some may not need very much tending to move from the top of the funnel to the bottom, while others need lots of hand holding and information. Again, it just depends and it can be difficult to know who is who and why.
