Is the content you’re sharing on Facebook branded?
If it’s a visual you got from another source, there’s no need to brand that. It was created by someone else and the least you can do is tag the owner on Facebook so you can properly credit them.
But if you create your content from scratch, keep them on brand so your audience can easily recognize you.
Three Things You Can Do To Keep Your Facebook Posts On Brand
1. Add a Logo to Your Visual
I'm a fan of Buffer both in real life and on social media. Their posts are engaging just like their customer service.
I love how they simply placed their famous logo at the bottom right of the visual. I can instantly know that this Facebook post is from them even without the word Buffer.
2. Add Your Brand’s Official Hashtag in the Copy
H&M nails it. They make and share attractive visual stories and they know how to keep their Facebook posts on brand by including their hashtag in the copy. Simple yet powerful.
3. Use Your Social Media Handle
If you love comics or you’re an introvert, you’re probably following Introvert Doodles on Facebook and Instagram.
This may not really be a logo but Introvert Doodles always include their social media handle in the visual. If you’ve been a long follower, you’ll pretty much notice that this post is from them. If you’re not familiar with them, the social media handle included pretty much makes it easier for you and anyone to find them.
There You Have It
These are three of some of the ways you can keep your posts on brand.
Clearly, if you don't have a logo yet that you can add to your social media graphics, you can use a tool like Instant Logo Design to easily make one on your own or use your official hashtag.
Or, you can simply put your Instagram or Twitter handle. This way, you're more searchable on the web.
