How well do you “think” on your feet when it comes to adapting your business? Can you take something that’s knocking it out of the park—or something that falls flat—and adapt it (or remove it) to take advantage of your good thinking (or your dud)? If you don’t, then you’re missing out on an opportunity that’s become known as agile marketing.
Agile marketing is the ability to be nimble, to change in real time, generally in response to the results of an effort that’s been created via the internet or social media. The traffic numbers, the open rates, the returns—those can be measured on a weekly, daily, or even hourly basis. And then marketers can adjust. You can judge the notion of using a mood in a campaign, for example, or even responding to a current event. So what does agile marketing look like and what advantages does it have? This graphic explains it.
